Building of a skills acquisition center/club house for recreation and skill development for indigent youths and street boys (popularly called “Area boys”). This will aid in reducing the number of youths who join gangs to cause restiveness in the country and increase the number of responsible youths who will be come the great leaders of tomorrow.
